Some issues concerning your research stay can already be dealt with before your arrival. We hope the following checklist will help you to prepare your stay in Krakow as well as possible while you are still in your country of origin:

All scholarship holders and accompanying family members must take out health insurance, which covers them from the first day of their stay in Poland.
