Starters are available at airports, in dedicated shops of the service providers or in regular shops such as Żabka or RUCH.
Next, you need to register your number using your passport or ID card at the location of purchase. After this procedure, your SIM card is ready to use!
How do I top up my card?
The easiest way is to top up your card via your operator’s official shop or online. Each operator has a website/app where you log in, add funds and then select the option you are interested in (e.g. internet, call and SMS package).
How do I find out how much money I have?
Each provider has a code / ‘phone number’ that you need to enter (in the same way you enter any phone number to call from mobile phone).
