We are excited to share that AGH University’s Centre for International Affairs recently launched the first edition of the “My 2 Minutes” training under NAWA Welcome to Poland programme – a unique, five-day career development workshop tailored specifically for our international community of students, PhD candidates, and young researchers.
Organized in collaboration with Praxeo Group – Krzysztof Kalata, the training was designed to provide essential insights into the Polish job market and help participants build a personalized and strategic career path in Poland.
📅 The first edition was held in May 19-23, 2025. The next edition is planned for May 2026!
🔍 Training Topics by Day:
- How to communicate effectively – mastering clear and impactful communication.
- What motivates me to the expected change – exploring personal drivers and readiness for change.
- Inventory – identifying personal skills, strengths, and resources.
- Organizational culture – how to adapt – understanding workplace norms and integration strategies.
- Action plan – setting practical and achievable career goals.
💼 Participants also received curated TEDx talks as homework to deepen their reflection and learning.
This initiative is part of AGH University’s ongoing commitment to support the professional development of our international guests and help them thrive in Poland.
